11 – We Become Biggest Losers, Freeze Our Assets and Sink Our Sacks

This episode we try to be good to our bodies and seek inspiration from a gentleman who actually did it. Next, to prepare for this year’s drinking we freeze ourselves at -285 degrees and then explore the mechanics of body movement. Finally, CORNHOLE! We practice airmailing our sacks into the hole with some of the best teams in California. That and our usual craic on this episode of Life in 16 oz.
